Ahh! marketing those crazy kooks spending money on adds that show no direct correlation to results.
While the "talent" make a 25% increase.

Why don't we just call all them "talent" and empower them to be talented

I have really enjoyed your doodles.

I have read "Whole New Mind" by Pink great book!
As I sit here and stare at the spinning woman all I see is her going clockwise. I cannot force her to spin counterclock.

The idea of perception being various amongst different people is a concept that many people do not get. They feel that what they see is reality and if you do not see it then you are wrong. What a perception of various view points do to an organization is develop strength.

Leaders who lead out of fear dis-courage you to see the woman spinn any other way than there own, this is seen as a variation or defect. Managers are to limit defects

Mateship

Northwestern Australia is under water. Severe flooding. 1,000's stranded. Crocks and snakes.

Southern Australia is on fire. So far, nearly 200 dead. Thousands of homes destroyed.

They took the brunt in World War II (held Tobruk). They were with us in Korea. They were with us in Viet Nam. They were with in the first gulf war. They are still with us in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The U.S. ought to be sending support to our Aussie mates.
